Meet & Greet

Our first "Meet & Greet" is an opportunity to learn about each other and discuss what type of Recreation Therapy services you are looking for.  

I will explain in more depth what Recreation Therapy is, and what programs and activities I can develop that is specific and unique for your loved one.

Quality Time Wellness offers chaperoning and transportation within city limits, in the Prince George area.  

Outings can include, but are not limited to the following:

Church Service

Senior Center visits

The Aquatic Center

Drug store visits

The Public Library

The Golden Age Social

Walks in the Park

Grocery Shopping 

I will keep in contact with you to discuss any progress, concerns, or noticeable changes you need to know after every visit. 

If you have a loved one placed in Long Term Care or Assisted Living and feel like your family member is not engaging in the activities available within their care home and could use extra support, I am able to visit your loved one and spend quality one on one time with them.

If your loved one needs to go on outings into the community we can assist and accompany them on outings into the community. 

 To provide safe, quality care, I am educated, licensed, certified, fully insured and trained in first-aid.
