Welcome! I'm Josee Kubbernus, a Recreation Therapy Practitioner. I have worked in Long Term Care in the Recreation Therapy Department for over 16 years. I have a Diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services, certification in Dementiability methods and Certify Dementia Care Provider.

My favorite part of working with seniors is making connections and forming positive relationships. I enjoy many recreation programs, some of my favorites are free style painting, playing cards (crib), and all programs that involve music. I believe music is a powerful tool to use, because it can spark memories and bring joy and happiness to any individual.

In my personal time, my family and I enjoy the outdoors. I have been married to my husband for over 18 years, and we have two beautiful daughters. We enjoy camping and fishing in the summer. Born and raised in Prince George, we are proud to be living and raising our children in this community.

I started Quality Time Wellness to help support seniors and caregivers in our community. I recognize that many seniors and caregivers need support, and I can bring that service to you.
