Quality Time Wellness

Quality Time Wellness  brings in-home Recreation Therapy to seniors in the Prince George area. We specialize in Recreation Therapy, providing quality one to one Therapeutic Recreation programs and a Dementia Friendly Adult Day Program. Beyond companionship, our programs are designed to focus on the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of the client.  

We are dedicated to providing caregivers with respite while their loved one is engaged in our Therapeutic Recreation programs.

Quality Time Wellness is educated and experienced in supporting seniors living with dementia.   We like building relationships with our clients, based on respect, kindness, and compassion.
